Itinerary Overview
Day 1 – Arrival & Transfer to Kandy
Arrive at the airport and meet your driver. Travel to Kandy, a beautiful city surrounded by hills. Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and enjoy a cultural dance show in the evening. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 2 – Kandy to Sigiriya
After breakfast, head towards Sigiriya. Visit a spice garden along the way and climb the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress for panoramic views. Optional visit to a village experience tour. Overnight stay in Sigiriya/Dambulla.
Day 3 – Hill Country & Ella
Travel to the scenic hill country. Enjoy a breathtaking train ride (subject to availability) to Ella, passing through tea plantations and misty mountains. Visit Nine Arch Bridge and relax in the cool climate. Overnight stay in Ella.
Day 4 – Ella to Yala / Mirissa
Choose between an exciting wildlife safari in Yala National Park or head straight to the southern coast for a relaxing beach experience in Mirissa. Overnight stay in Yala or Mirissa.
Day 5 – Beach Relaxation & Departure
Enjoy your morning by the beach or take an optional whale watching tour (seasonal). Transfer to the airport for departure with unforgettable memories.
